For over 20 years, Custom Air has provided quality Air Conditioning and Heating services to the residents and business owners of Sarasota and Manatee Counties . We are a full service HVAC contractor providing Residential and Commercial Service , Replacement Equipment, Design/Build, New Construction, Service and Maintenance Agreements.

We are centrally located near the intersection of I-75 and Fruitville Road . With our fleet of 70 clean, well equipped trucks, we can provide you with prompt, professional service. Our staff of over 100 field and office personnel is dedicated to upholding Custom Airs' core values, which are:

Custom Air is locally owned and operated. Our Owner Gary Kurtz , a Sarasota native, has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, and is in the office every business day, making sure our customers receive the kind of service they deserve.
